Brenda Hill-Riggins’ family’s businesses are a testament to the ability of individuals to change and become invaluable members of their community. Through the power of second chance educational training programs, and the positive influences of a caring and supportive community, the Hill-Riggins have come to play a critical supporting role in their community today.
